ATS invoices to clients are in US dollars, and include all applicable US taxes. Rates are based on current market value and exchange rates of all vendors, at the time of preparation, and are subject to change with or without prior notification. ATS reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct amount if a change occurs. Schedules and fares are subject to change. All rates are confirmed only after full payment has been made to ATS. After tickets are paid for and issued. An email is sent to you as a receipt and airline schedule that includes all necessary information.
Many cities/countries charge a local city tax, which is paid by travelers directly to the hotels. This tax is the sole responsibility of the traveler.
Preferred payment is full payment by Zelle, Cash App, credit card, or transfer. If client is not paying in full the exchange rate will be calculated on the current rate of exchange the day that final payment is made. Credit card payments are subject to a 4.00% processing fee. If paying by credit card direct to international vendors, client’s credit card may assess a foreign exchange fee, which ATS is not held financially accountable for.
Client must sign a credit card authorization form if any payment is to be made via credit card. This form will serve as proof of authorization and client will be financially liable for any chargebacks or denied charges where permission of use was authorized.
Once client approves final itinerary design, a deposit is usually required. This deposit is calculated on vendor requirements, current exchange rates, and estimated operation cost. All deposits are applied toward your entire amount that is due. (in most cases 60 days) prior to departure. Airfare is never included in this deposit. It is for tours, hotels, custom events, etc. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure. Any changes made after final payment may incur a change fee of $100.00 and apply to all changes requested.
If client cancels within 14 days of deposit made, only a nominal fee may be assessed, and the bulk of the deposit returned (at travel advisor’s discretion) The majority of airfare is non-refundable. Most carriers issue an airline credit, but also may include a penalty and there is a fee for ATS to change ticket. Please re-confirm your flights 72 hours prior to departure. If we cannot assign seats, they will be assigned at airport, or in some cases can be chosen and paid for online on your airline carrier’s website. Always check-in early for preferred seating possibility. We recommend arriving at airport at least 3 hours before your scheduled departure.
Covid requirements vary with airlines, and are changing often. Most airlines are still requiring a negative Covid test result within 72 hours prior to departure regardless of vaccine status. This remains a fluid situation.
Once travel has begun, no refunds can be made for unused portions of any tour or service already scheduled if client chooses to not participate, or client makes changes on their own while traveling.
ATS may request a deposit after initial consultation and first proposal has been received. If client decides not to use ATS’s services, this deposit may be retained to cover any travel advisor’s time spent and costs incurred by loss of sale. ATS reserves the right to suspend any other services to client until such deposit has been received. A non-refundable fee of $100.00 may be charged by ATS for excessive changes to itinerary. It is at the sole discretion of ATS to apply any such fee. Airfare change fees client receives on tickets that were not purchased through ATS will be paid by client.
ATS is responsible for making your requested arrangements for all proposed package itinerary details to include flights, airport transfers, tours, and hotel accommodations, unless otherwise noted. The carriers, hotels and other suppliers providing services are independent contractors and are not agents, employees, servants, or joint ventures of ATS. Flight delays and other transportation changes are unfortunately part of the risk of travel, and are therefore outside the control and responsibility of ATS.(another good reason to have travel insurance coverage)

Travelers will each need a current passport valid for up to 6 months after completion of your trip. Visas required to your destination are your responsibility to obtain.
